Yoga classes at Birchgrove community centre, Swansea on
Wednesday Evenings 7.30- 8.30 pm and Friday Mornings 10.00 – 11.00 am.
All classes include breathing techniques (pranayama) stretching (asanas) relaxation, mindfulness and meditation.
Classes with Annie cover a more holistic approach to yoga for your overall health and wellbeing.
Classes are accessible for all.-If you can breathe you can do yoga.
As a qualified yoga therapist Annie can adapt postures to suit individual health /physical needs..

Back ache/Arthritis /Menopausal/Depression/Anxiety/Lack of energy etc  Yoga will help…
Yoga classes with Annie are more spiritual often working on cleansing the aura and the chakras to bring about self healing , mental and energetic wellbeing.
You don’t need to be flexible or have fancy clothing to join any of Annie’s yoga classes just bring a yoga mat, blanket for relaxation a bottle of water and wear comfy clothing.

Very friendly class , Anne makes you feel very welcome and gives constant encouragement. I enjoy yoga class on a Wednesday night , a good stretch and relaxation to see me through the rest of the week .

Brilliant class for all abilities. Anne is a gifted teacher and is particularly good at teaching mixed abilities. Also her classes are friendly and fun. Anne enjoys sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience and there is always something new and interesting to learn; fab class!
