A Welsh stone holiday cottage set on the banks of the tennant canal experiencing peace and tranqulity, with swans, ducks and geese as your neighbour as they live on the canal outside your front door.
A renovated stone cottage fully refurbished and modernised to a 5 star standard and is pet friendly.

Entrance Hall – with coat hooks Shoe rack and mirror
Living Room/ Dining Room: with stone fireplace, leather settes, dining table and chairs.
Oak fully fitted Kitchen : with all the amenities.
Fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower.
Bedroom 1: with twin beds , bedside table, wardrobe, chest of draws mirror and hairdryer .
Bedroom 2: with double bed, bedside tables,cloths rail,chest ov draws, mirror and hairdryer
Outside : Rear fully enclosed secure courtyard with patio with surrounding 6 ft fencing,with table and chairs.
To the front secured with railings and gate overlooking the canal.
Parking: Cars can stop outside to unload , then proceed to the end of the lane were there is a small shared private parking area
Electricity, central heating and WiFi included. Bed Linen and towels provided.
Beach towels are not provided
Holistic Healing and Yoga at the Cottage
We own a holistic health centre called shangrala healing centre on a farm approx 15 minutes away.
During your stay If you would like a holistic treatment or a yoga class or yoga therapy at the healing centre or at the cottage this can be booked in advance for you. We offer a full range of holistic treatments for animals and people

The cottage is close to the M4 so it is a central place to explore all that south wales offers.
Beautiful walks are situated outside your front door, the river neath is at the end of the road were you often see fishermen if you enjoy fishing you an fish on the river or on the canal bank and the heritage site of Aberdulais Falls which is in the care of the National Trust in recognition of the sites value as a key part of the regions industrial heritage is 2 minutes walk away.
The Canalside is a beautiful area popular with walkers and dog lovers but close enough to call into Swansea and Neath.There is a spar shop five minutes walk away, and the British legion is situated at the end of the road on the bank of the river serving food and drink with a beer garden and a Thai restaurant just around the corner.
There is a Golf range with restaurant within 5 minutes walking distance.
There are many activities and placed to eat out
The Gnoll Country park close to Neath with its 3 beautiful lakes is a lovely place to walk or cycle, Afon Forest Park with over 40 acres of natural beauty a great place for cycling, pony trekking or mountain biking, Dan yr ogof caves, the black mountains, Margam Country park and castle and kenfig pool with its nature reserve and beach are easily accessible by car.
If you enjoy the beach the local sandy beaches of Aberavon are 10 minutes away and within 25 minutes you have the gower peninsular awarded area of outstanding natural beauty, king arthurs stone at Cefn Brynn, worms head which is known for visiting seals and red kites, Swansea Bay and MumbleS with the pier and numerous beautiful beaches to visit.
Visit Neath Abbey, dating from 1130, where Cistercian monks existed for over 400 years, take a relaxing stroll along the Neath Canal towpath situated on your front door or take a day out shopping in Neath Swansea or Cardiff.
The cottage is ideally situated for all your days out.
